31/32 Lower Mount Street , Dublin

At the heart of Dublin’s
fair city since 1913

O’Connors of Mount Street has been a family owned bar & restaurant for over 25 years. Previously known as Oil Can Harrys it has taken on a new identity to highlight the family values that makes us different. We are true to the motto “Enter a Stranger, Leave a Friend.”

Our patrons are from all walks of life, locals, tourists, works groups, friends, we cater for everyone. The pub is suitable for all. We have a few hidden the gems inside the outside eye just can’t see. The south facing roof terrace on a sunny day is arguably one of the warmest spots in Dublin, one could be forgiven for thinking that they are in southern France.

The library has plenty of books to choose from, & operates on a model of take a book, leave a book. It also contains our Irish wall of fame, that would test the knowledge of the greatest Irish historian. We also have the bar area and mezzanine which embellishes the traditionally Irish pub with a modern twist.

We would love a chance to showcase our lovely pub to you, so why not drop by for your favourite tipple or a bite to eat.

O'Connors Today

Owned and Managed by Tim and Wendy O’Connor the tradition of the last century continues with a warm welcome to all who pass through the doors of the famous Oil Can Harry’s on 32 Lower Mount Street. Why not become a tiny part of our history and pop by for your favourite tipple or even dine with us for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner any day of the week. We look forward to giving you the same welcome that has been offered here for over 100 years.
